Mussels

Grabbed a bag of mussels from CM and made an appetizer, cooked quickly on BGE in cast iron pot. Now that’s how we pregame.

Big mussel fan here myself. I love many broth / styles but a high garlic red sauce is my favorite. Some good soppin up bread.....oh my.

We use butter, white wine and garlic

I used olive oil, fresh lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, salt and pepper.  Couldn't find a bottle of white wine to sacrifice.

@caliking now that you mention it she did spend a lot of time with Hendrick at Butt Blast.
