Left Over Brisket & Prime Rib Chili...

So I am kind of tired of all this meat in the fridge and going to make leftover Brisket and Prime Rib Chili today on the BGE..
see pics and recipes... this recipe is the ABSOLUTE EASIEST AND BEST CHILI YOU WILL EVER HAVE!! I may do Grilled Cheese with some fresh Gouda Cheese and Texas Toast also on the cast iron skillet while its hot!

Interesting method to close the daisy wheel. Never tried that during a cook. But I’m usually trying to control/minimize smoke in something like chili.Memphis, TN
