Accidentally (hehehe) saw one of my unwrapped Christmas Gifts today!

I found this hiding in the garage today Santa is being very good to me this year!  Living in Northern Illinois my thought is to unpack it to make sure everything is there then repack it until March or April and wait until then to season and use.  Am I wrong?  By the way Merry Christmas to all !
