Chorizo and Shrimp Fundido

The recipe was from Ray Lampe's Big Green Egg Cookbook page 57. Copyright and all of that. I did use Spanish Chorizo and fresh grated pepper jack and I used and prepped the shrimp starting with head on jumbo's.
