I added one day and like it. by the way. try fresh lemon juice VS the apple cider--either work. your choice. but I like a touch of acidity with the fresh HorseyColumbus, Ohio--A Gasser filled with Matchlight and an Ugly Drum.

Take you some sour cream and put it in a bowl. You judge your amount by this ingredient.....it’s Christmas so don’t go with tge reduced or no fat kind.
Add to it a few hits of L&P worchestershire saice, (French’s sux).....for a small batch, more for a large batch. This should only turn the color minimally.
Add your freshly purchased horradish to your likin. I am heavy handed myself.
Squeeze just a little fresh lemon juice to make it pop.
As an optional step....and only if you have it around, a smal splash of buttermilk. Stirr it up and let it sit refrigerated a couple of hours.
Pro tip....I make a big batch and then separate and add more horseradish to one of them. Did I mention I like it hot?
Regardless your approach, enjoy you prime rib or tenderloin....it don’t get much better.Ellijay GA with a Medium & MiniMax
