Prime Rib Roast - Travel time ??

Doing a 10lb Rib Roast seasoned with McCormick Montreal Steak seasoning
*Indirect @ 225º\ with 600º sear finish.
*Pull at IT of120º before Sear.
*Have 1 hour 30 minute travel time.
Will Foil to Cooler overcook during travel time ?
Suggestions ??

I cook and loosely cover with foil for the rest. I am not a believer in doing any searing. If you low and slow, generiously season....you will get a nice crust. The rest will be fine for an hour or more before slicing.

Well, I married me a wife, she's been trouble all my life,
Run me out in the cold rain and snow -
I have left the probe in it, foiled, wrapped,and placed in cooler. I checked temp over the next 1.5 hours, and it gained 7-8 degrees in 1 hour, stalled for about 15 minutes, then slowly started to drop.
Then we ate it. It was perfect medium rare!
