Duck for dinner

Hi Guys,

 First of all, thanks to all of you on the duck advice, I knew nothing about it before I asked the community. So here it is:

This is what I bought:


After 24 hours in the fridge drying out I fired up the XL egg, this is near the end so I threw on some sprouts:


Here it is resting in the hotel pan before I foiled it for 20 minutes:

And here is a plated pic, I made butternut squash with maple syrup and using orange glaze dressed the duck:
