Chips & Salsa. What Brand Do You Like?

I'm probably biased living in the SW, but I'm not sure I could bring canned salsa to a party.

Costco Kirkland Organic chips and organic salsa are good to go for quick and easy.
A "homemade " salsa is 1 can rotel hot, 1 mild, 1 with cilantro.
, drain the liquid out and then pulse in a food processor, come out at restaurant consistency.

@BGEChicago I'm sure they are. First time tried them I got them from a treasure island (which is now closed).

Ugh.. Treasure Island, the absolute best Spanakopita to be had anywhere! We lived at Division and Goethe and I would go daily to tr Treasure Island for a giant slice....

The Rick Bayless Frontera salsas are good. I like the On The Border thin chips also.

UPDATE:  I've been having hip trouble for which I go to physical therapy three times per week, so Wilma ended up going to buy the stuff.  I asked her to look for Newman's (especially mango) or Green Mountain Gringo and good looking chips.  I ended up with Pace Medium, Pace Hot, Pace Salsa Verde and some sort of restaurante style chips.  We have no Costco around here so I think Wilma did a fine job.

At the party, I lost money at the "team-building exercise".  Three of us took off the afternoon for some Christmas cheer and billiards at the Eagles club.  I lost more money.

Christmas is expensive!

Thanks for the follow-up and glad Wilma came thru.  Gotta keep the boss happy 

@Fred19Flintstone Regarding the hip-if you are dealing with arthritis then once the PT doesn't deliver, then comes the juice (aka steroids) shots and after they lose effectiveness comes the realization that its time for the slice and dice replacement.  I hope you are not on that track and the PT works.

Yeah, I’m a little concerned about it.  I’ve already had a steroid shot that helped quite a bit.  The PT course is almost done and it has helped some.  The bottom line is this fat boy has to lose some mass!
