Double stacking briskets for a cook

inknow this sounds stupid but I have not tried this yet... Any reason not to stack briskets on 2 layers above one another. Thinking the juice from one will drip on the other for nice flavor. Looking for some help with this.
thanks Jay

I believe that is the impetus behind the AR R&B combo. Rock it!

No reason not to. You can rotate halfway through, or after they shrink you might be able to get both on the same grate.
I seem to remember somebody here did 4 briskets on an XL once goot their daughter's wedding....Milton, GA

Brisket is on (9am) I had to go with the 2 Flats - last minute cook and could not get a full packer (Thats one disadvantage with Northern NJ). Even Costco doesn't sell the full brisket. All is good - I will follow the same rules for cooking a full brisket - watching TEMP very closely.

Rock on, brother.
maybe check temp after a few to see if one elevation is cooking unevenly. Rotate as needed.XL & MM BGE, 36" Blackstone - Newport News, VA -
Next time, you might find packers at Restaurant Depot.
I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

All things being equal (which they definitely aren't in brisket world) the top one should cook faster due to being higher and the dome reflective heat. FWIW-
