I contacted customer service because my egg wasn’t lining up, had underbite. They are sending me a brand new hinge kit plus sending me a new convection plate because they seen a chip on mine from the pictures and even some touch paint because I also had a blemish in my egg. I’m not used to this kind of customer service. LOL
