Saw the seasonal Rack of Pork at Costco this week and needed to give it a try. Rubbed with Meat Church Honey Hog and then glazed with a Pineapple Coconut Mango Tequila Sauce. Came out great, may need to grab a few more for the freezer.

Those look great. Costco has rack of pork sporadically where we live. We try to have 2-3 of them in the freezer at all times!Large Egg, PGS A40 gasser.

Around here, it seems to be a Thanksgiving - Christmas and then again at Easter thing. I don't know where all the pork racks end up the rest of the year.
