Uneven Turkey

I spatchcocked my turkey, it's been on for an hour and a half, getting close to being done on most of the bird, except, one turkey breast is about 10-15 degrees cooler than the other one. I've heard of uneven cooking but always thought that was between the white and dark meat. Any suggestions? I don't want to dry this bird out. Happy Thanksgiving all!
