OT- HELP, turkey tinfoil time - OT

Cooking my Butterball in the convection oven at 325°. Just hit tinfoil time. As soon as I put the tinfoil on internal turkey temps started dropping. Should I switch the oven over to regular baking mode instead of convection now? Should I crank the temps up?

325 degrees in the convection oven works great for me. I don't foil. I tried it once and the skin was like rubber.

    Best of luck.

Just ripped the foil off, Put back on convection roast and we’re onward and upward in temps!
