Turkey time
Yeah yeah another newbie askin about turkeys.
I've read all about the mad max method for my bird. What worries me is the timing, bird is 20lbs and I've got a large egg so I think spatchcocking is out. I figured 4-5hrs at 325-350 indirect. What's the more experienced opinions for timing?

Two firsts for me, egging in this temp and doing a 20+lb spatchcocked turkey direct. After reading a couple posts by @FaceDance and talking to him I decided to try it. Did a @Mickey coffee rub and it Came out awesome in about 2.5hrs
