OT- First Uuni Pro Cook

Just picked up the Uuni Pro today. First cook on it turned out better than expected. Used lump charcoal with wood chunks. Definitely a learning curve but think I will really enjoy it. Nice to be able to cook pizzas in 60-90 seconds. Comments
