Spider vs Inverted Placesetter...Mad Max Turkey Cook for TG

Hello All,
Not that I am looking to spend anymore money on this (haha), but I am looking to cook my Turkey on my L BGE on TG. I did a Test Turkey and the Turkey turned out awesome, the pan drippings not so much. The set up I used was indirect, place setter legs up, grate on that and the roasting pan on the grate. I used a disposable roasting pan with a V-Rack. I was thinking of just using the Inverted Placesetter, the green feet or something to raise the roasting pan and V-Rack, no grate. Then I saw the Spider where I can use that w/ my pizza stone, green feet or something to raise the roasting pan V-Rack...Any difference/Benefit between using the Spider/Pizza Stone setup vs. the Inverted placesetter setup?

This is the first time I have cooked a big dinner like this so I want to make sure I nail it or at least get very close. I have a pretty tough crowd if you know what I mean.

thanks
alex
