Best Non stick pan?

I only use carbon steel, CI or Stainless now. Sometimes stuff sticks a bit, but it's never an issue. Given that Anne uses a metal scrubber and metal implements on all pans, regardless of surface, non-stick is a waste of time.

non stick = buy cheap & often.  I have a small scanpan which is nice but IMO, no coated pan is worth that premium

These. They are good for most things, but not non-stick!
