Beef Short Rib/Bama LSU Question

Picked up 2.5 pounds of beef short ribs this morning to make tonight. It’s only for 2 people so the butcher cut the ribs in half. Next time I’ll have to find some more friends and do the full rack.
Never done short ribs on the egg before. After watching the franklin video for beef ribs he did 285 for 6 hours. Is there that much of a difference between cooking dinasour beef ribs and short ribs?
These seem to be much smaller so if if I did something like 275 for 5 hours would that be a good ballpark?? I know that I’ll just wait until the probe goes in like butter/203 but just trying to get a rough estimate so I can get these done around the start of the Bama LSU game.
2nd question who am I betting on in this game? Will LSU can keep it close and cover the 14.5? They have to right?
Thanks in advance for any advice! Hope everyone has a good Saturday and enjoys all the games!

Geaux Tigers! 14-10 TigersThe problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.

Your temp/time estimate is definitely in the ball-park. Remember Franklin cooks on an off-set. Better to finish early rather than be stressing about pushing them across the finish-line. Toothpick test for the win every time.Regarding the game- you are on your own here-but if someone held a gun to my head I would say LSU will cover. FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
