This is being repeated here at the moment. Worth a watch if you can get it in the US, when he goes down through Croatia and Albania there's a lot of cooking over wood and charcoal with some interesting ideas. Book available in the US as well, always happy to help with spending ideas.

    Wish I could have bought the £4.99 Kindle version on AmazonUK (it's $18 in the US) but rights restrictions interfered, as always dammit, so I bought a used copy for £16 (including shipping) instead.
    Amazon US has the book new at $31 and the cheapest used copy with shipping was about half a buck more expensive than the used version from AmazonUK. The funny thing is they are both sold by and shipped from the same used book dealer in the UK. Funny how that works out sometimes.

    He's good on TV, concentrates on the food. He has one of the best chip shops ever in Padstow, even has oysters on the menu as a starter to go with your fish and chips.
