Marinated Perdue Legs and Wings for 24 hrs in Nandos Medium Sauce.
Raised Direct at 375 for 50 minutes and basted with Nandos Lemon Herb sauce.
This was the best batch of Peri Peri chicken that I have cooked so I will stick to this method.
