First time reverse sear :)

So this was my first attempt at a reverse sear. Also first bag of Rockwood charcoal (love this stuff). Prepped the steaks with olive oil and Dizzy Pig Raising the Steaks rub, BGE 250 indirect, took about an hour to get the IT just right and raised BGE to 600 direct. 2 minute sear and voila! Halloween dinner is served, scary good steaks! Got a good sizzle video too but couldnt figure out how to post it here, its on instagram @grilldad1 :)
