Oysters, Crab, Shrimp, and more Crab!

I had a little shellfish feast on Sunday night, seafood all purchased from Wards Seafood Market in Clearwater, FL. http://www.wardsseafood.com/
I was hungry for some chargrilled oysters. We shucked them and egged them with garlic butter and romano cheese~
Oh, and one big ole Alaskan king crab leg, too, that barely fit on the large Egg.
Next up, some royal red shrimp. These are deep water shrimp, here's a short description~
I used this recipe: https://www.skinnytaste.com/bangin-grilled-shrimp-skewers/
It's a keeper. Mixed these ingredients up and brushed on the shrimp while grilling:
2 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 1/2 tbsp Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
1/2 tsp Sriracha (or to taste)
Oh, yeah, and threw some stone crabs on there, too.
I think I'm good for awhile.
Thanks for lookin.
Happily egging on my original large BGE since 1996... now the owner of 5 eggs. Call me crazy, everyone else does!

I want to come eat at your house...Coleman, Texas
Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...
"Bourbon slushies. Sure you can cook on the BGE without them, but why would you?"
