Meh... It's more on going to medium side really, probably still in the 130s° (upper) I'd say. Also, more towards the T, it's about spot on.bgebrent said:That’s way over done.
It's an interesting way to do steak though. My first time doing it. Haven't done it since though. Would rather do reverse sear, you can control that a little better.------------------------------
