I finally pulled the trigger on the mini max.  Now I have an XL and the mini max. Can't wait to put her to use.  Been doing a couple cooks the past two nights at temps around  300°-350°.  Want to get it seasoned before any high temp steaks or searing.   

I predict this will get lots of use since the kids are all out of the house.  Perfect size if not entertaining large parties. I'll be smoking something the 1st weekend in November at our last camping trip of the year. 

This is my 1st attempt at a bacon laced loin.  A lot easier to prep than I predicted.
