    Lots of different pork stews.


    I had a 10# bone in butt one time that just wasn't going to make it to the Egg so, I cubed it up, chunked up some onions and celery and threw it all in a pot with some water to simmer for a couple of hours. Bones too.

    About 3 hours later the aroma was amazing. I thickened up the liquid with some flour and arrowroot and served it over rice.

    My wife had invited a bachelor friend over for dinner and he sat and raved about how good it was and what a great cook my wife was. He still raved about it when he found out I had cooked it all up.
