Morning All:

Three slabs of baby backs will come off shortly...one slab will go to our son's in-laws (the M-I-L had surgery a week ago)...one slab will go to a friend from church who has been having some health issues...and of course one slab will be for us! Rubbed first with a layer of Dizzy Pig Mediterranean-ish then a layer of Braswell's Cinnamon Chipotle followed by just a little of the rub I normally use for brisket (mixture of 3 parts DP Game On, 3 parts DP Raising the Steak & 4 parts Turbinado Sugar)...should be some GOOOOOOD eating soon!
