First PSWoo and spider cook ... reverse seared alder smoked 1.8kg rump steak

We bought a PSWoo, extender rig and spider back from the USA and I was eager to try it out. I reverse seared a 1.8kg rump steak over alder smoke, the PSWoo made it so much easier to remove the ceramics after the smoke, and then the spider after the sear. So pleased I bought it, great job @tjv.

Thanks for looking!

    Nicely done!

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    I’d Eat That!

just a quick note on the woo and spider.  I noticed that the spider legs were sitting on the woo ring after you removed the plate setter.  I’m guessing you slid the PS out of the woo.  If you put the spider legs on the fire ring and then put woo on top of that you can simply remove the woo and ps when it is time to sear.  Just set the whole thing to the side.
