Beef jerky= man snack, or meal???????????

You can't go wrong with a weekend filled with beef jerky right?  Got a 6 lb bottom eye round from the local butcher who sliced it for me.  I did three batches.  One just the marinade of soy sauce, worchesteshire, and some spices .Next batch had lime salt(taijin), and the last was hot shot spicy pepper.  They all worked off the original marinade.  Worked all three at 170 until I felt the moisture level was good.  Best batch to date.
