Thanks everyone. The marinade and angus beef came from a local meat market (Wilkes). It’s a sweet heat with bold flavor. I ran the carrots through the mandoline and still have all ten fingers. Veggies cooked with a dash of the marinade after cooking the beef first. I use a few splashes of cottonseed oil to get things rolling. I also prefer a ripping hot fire when I do stir fry.
