Chicken Casserole recipe? leftovers from nibblemethis.com alabama chicken

First, www.nibblemethis.com is such a good blog - bookmark if you havent already!

Second, did his recent post of Alabama White Chicken using bone-in chicken breasts (tasty) and after a few meals . . I still have tons of chicken.  Enchilladas are out (just made them few weeks ago) and Its a hard search on google bc soo many generic boring casserole posts . . hard to sort thru the B.S. so asking for help. 

Can someone suggest me a "casserole-ish" recipe for all this chicken breast leftovers ???

    How about chicken salad, chicken on pizza or chicken chili? Or just sliced chicken sandwiches?

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!
