Bought two bags of BGE Charcoal last Monday for some upcoming cooks.  Took them home and quickly put them in the garage before other activities.  That night, four inches of Florence rain in an hour and my garage floods for the first time!  Wet charcoal sucks!  Went back yesterday to replenish.  The owner recognized me from last week, asks why more charcoal.  Upon hearing it, he tells me to put away my card and gives me two replacements.  Good guy and great BGE store!
