tailgating food for this weekend

so I'll be at the Clemson game this weekend and since they have a noon kickoff it'll be an early tailgate

here is what I am thinking but please give advice and tips where you see fit

Friday night I plan to make a bacon explosion. bacon, sausage, cheese, and maybe some sauteed mushrooms/onions/peppers. I'll cook raised indirect at 275ish until about 150ish internal. thin coat of bbq sauce and then raised direct for 10-15 minutes

Saturday morn at the tailgate itself I'll use a rice cooker to make grits. then will slice the bacon explosion on site and top the grits with it

I am going to go by local farmers market after work one day this week and see if they have any green peanuts left. if so, I'll get a few pounds and make boiled peanuts as well

any suggestions or tips?
