OT: Outstanding Response From ThermoWorks - Warranty

The "kickstand" on my ThermoWorks Smoke snapped at the swivel point when I took it out of the plastic box on Saturday. I purchased it over a year ago so I figured it was out of warranty. I sent an email to ThermoWorks Tech Support, described the issue and asked if the part could be replaced and also the cost.

A representative responded in less than 24 hours that Smoke has a 2 year warranty. A replacement part was sent to me this morning at no charge.

Impressive.

    Good to know.  I have a Smoke and use it regularly.

    We're a dealer for them and they're great to work with.  I place an order, and it ships within hours.  Always here in two days for minimal shipping cost with a couple of those little bags of Jelly Belly's in the box.
