Bang for the buck

If y'all have ever passed up the the 4/pkg pork sirloin tip roast at Costco, give it a try. I have sous vide one, a 4 hour low and slow on the large and turbo'd on the small. Everyone came out perfect. 
The bonus is the leftovers: sliced for sammies , ham and potato quiche, chilaquiles or just pan fried served with red eye gravy. The next one I cook, the leftovers will be the basis for SOS over garlic toast. 
Never though about taking picture just been doing some experiment for the next fest cook in Texarkana.
