Looks great. Tri tip is hard to find in the central Alabama Publix stores.

My butcher shop has them all the time, but it is a little out of the way since i changed jobs. That was only the 2nd time I have found one a public, and it was really tender. Had some for lunch today. I was really proud of my efforts.
    Thanks for looking guys.

We spend most of our time in Nevada but have a home in Broward county. Publix never had tri-tip.

Penn-Dutch has picanha but we didn’t like it - it tastes like it has freezer burn. Don’t know why.
