Woo with stone vs platesetter

Do you guys get the same results with the woo and stone for low and slow as you do cooking with PS in feet up?

Any tips when using the woo with stone?

Thanks

I get pretty much the same. The only issue is that the platesetter has 3 legs that you can use to shield your probe wires or something like the end of a slab of ribs or the very point of a large brisket. The stone is usually open all the way around the edge.

A platesetter is also heavier piece of ceramics than a stone but I haven't noticed much affect from that.
