  • Having some experience working with the Forshage's and TPWD at the Athens EggFest,  they DO take a lot of effort to promote, recruit cooks, obtain local sponsors, host and organize the event.  One needs balance all that against any potential benefits received, plus you must have the support of a distributor who has eggs.  There are lots of pieces to this puzzle.
