Agree, I was just attaching one of the first photos that popped up in the link regarding stacked stone ideas, there’s tons of ideas through a quick google search and you can always tweak things like make more room for prep space.  So many factors in this, space available and layout being one of them.

I knew it was a stock photo. That setup was definitely not designed by a cook.
