London broil tonight

have had a lot of trouble in the past cooking this meat. Always comes out tough. Tonight I watched it closely, turning a few times and pulled around 130, sat for 10 minutes and did the slice.  The thickest part might have needed a little more time but it worked. First time the meat was not chewy and over done.  Also had some potatoes .
