New Blackstone griddle(s)

Spent the weekend with my buddy and his wife for the Auburn/Washington game (free tickets/food/drinks), and he had a 36" Blackstone. I had been eyeing them for a while, and should've bought it on Prime Day. Anyway, I splurged and picked one up in ATL on the way home from HD.  Haven't really cooked on it yet since I just got around to seasoning it yesterday, but already ordered the 22" for tailgating this fall. I think I have a problem... 

Still have my trusty egg though... 

We made breakfast at their place...

No, this is normal. Those who come up with excuses such as my spouse won't let me, are the ones with the real problem.

I absolutely love mine. I cook on it probably 3 times a week. It’s one of those purchases I wish I had done 20 years ago.

enjoy...get some ribeye and make philly cheese steak...it’s to die for.
