Started out with dry rub only, but decided to sauce it last minute. Visited Traegergrills.com and picked this recipe in a hurry, used it for sauce only. If I may say so, it's my best wings to date.

While getting ready to post this I remember someone posted about sriracha wings a while back, did a quick search and found @DMW 's best wings post. https://eggheadforum.com/discussion/1204514/best-wings-ive-ever-made/p1 Coincidentally the wet ingredients in his sauce is more or less identical to what's in the Traeger recipe. The result is simply awesome! Carmelised, sweet, salty, sour, heat ... like a flavour bomb! It's definitely in my regular rotation now, will also try adding rice vinegar and fish sauce.
It's OT because I cooked it in the Traeger. IMO Traeger is a chicken machine, almost totally hands off, I was able to cook two other dishes that needed more attention while the wings were cooking.
Managed to get one picture only...
Have a great short week everyone!

@DMW Thanks. Looking at you list of toys, it appears you're missing a pellet grill my friend. You could be watching the game with your buddies and have the wings ready for half time, with minimal time spent at the grill, just sayingcanuckland
