Next Saturday is ASU hosting Michigan St in Tempe.   My tailgate crew and I are doing surf n turf tacos.  Brisket and shrimp

Saw some exciting games this weekend and looking :-)forward to many more this season..

    Brisket.   Nothing like a monster 18-20 pounder to get the crowd fired up for the game!

    Early season we will do things like beef tenderloin sliders, wings, fajitas, etc. 

    We always do a chili championship the last home game of the year. 

    Things you can quickly cook or items you can mostly cook at home and warm during the tailgate.
