    And that is exactly why my adult beverage consumption is being conducted between my property lines.  I live in a fairly remote part of the county but on Labor Day several years ago, the local sheriffs set up a seat-belt check point (first and last time I have encountered same at this location) at the intersection of two minor traveled roads.  I happened (with belt on) to be going to pick up my son from a friend's house.  I asked the rate/hr of cars being inspected.  Good thing all visual lights etc were properly functioning as they did not appreciate my question.  Not worth it...
