Late lunch (definitely not an early dinner)

Been really busy at work lately have not had much time to egg so I got home a little early today and threw on a few pinwheels and have 2 spatchcock chickens for diner. I figured since i skipped lunch today ill eat the pinwheels while the chicken goes the distance.

    Just flipped after being skin side down for about 20 minutes im at 450 dome raised direct. I got a little char on one but chicken taste best with char

    oops i guess ive been away from my eggs too long, I forgot how long (quick) a spatch chicken takes I guess well be eating over cooked chicken tonight, good thing I had such a delicious late lunch

    What’s in those pinwheels? Look fantastic!
    L and MM BGEs with JJGeorge tables, Mini BGE with carrier, other charcoal and pellet smokers/grills too numerous to count.

    the beef had spinach roasted red pepper and asiago, pancetta, and the pork was sun-dried tomatoes spinach and provolone and hot cappocola, and the chicken was spinach Virginia ham and swiss with tahiti hot peppers
