    Could be the first with beer but back in 1977 (yes, I'm old) I stayed at a hotel in Lyon, France that had hot and cold (red and white) wine piped right into your room.  There were two different small taps/spigots, one for each.  Drink as much as you want.  Now, it wasn't top-shelf but the novelty was enough to attract a fair amount of consumption. 
    Terminus Hotel, Grande Taverne.
    Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.
