Fresh Roasted Hatch Green Chile in North GA and Athens, GA!

Just picked up around 5#s of fresh roasted hatch chile from the Dawsonville Kroger. Gonna add 25 more lbs in early September when they come back. Do yourself a favor and stock up!

I missed it last year. Added my email to their list this time around. Family is from Albuquerque and we normally pay them to ship us some.

We've probably passed each other somewhere sometime haha. The whole outlet area is a frequent spot we go.

I usually roast mine and when cool place in quart foodsaver bags toss in freezer and when want some defrosta nd rub under running water and most, if not all the charred skin comes off ready to eat, luv green chili pork usually do 9 qts and freeze for whenever.
