I have thrown a bag of Tyson's hot buffalo wings on an old school grill more times than i can count. I haven't tried the Costco brand but i can assure you that i would help you empty that plate. With that being said...i tend to make my own these days...Wetumpka, Alabama

@JMCXL - those look great. It looks like you are running with a drip pan and no stone or platesetter on this cook. Am I seeing that correctly?

LBGE, 2 SBGE, Hasty-Bake Gourmet -
It was an old plate setter that was broken and I cut the remaining legs off ( just a stone at this point). Did indirect 350-400 degrees, until they reached around 160 internal. then removed the stone went to 450 or so and crisped them up - went to around 190 internal temp.mEGG_My_Day said:@JMCXL - those look great. I have used the Costco wings exactly the same way - a lot - especially when I need a quick wings fix.
