Looks good. Never made it. Looking to expand my Chicken game. Recipe and technique please. Thanks.
I like my butt rubbed and my pork pulled.

Just type in peruvian chicken in the search box. Pages of stuff.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

My neighbors do, they are from Peru. She won't share her recipe though. :(

I made it twice after watching Steven Raichlen on tv. There's a video as well as recipes on his site. Search South American BBQ comes up as a show with a few other recipes. Could be the tastiest chicken recipe I've ever had.

I haven't been able to locate any that's "authentic" for over a decade and I find the new alternatives are far too unsavory for my taste. If my egg, blackstone, and my new sous vide speak to my willingness to spend for quality; I'd buy a little Colombian gold at twice what I gave for it in 2000 just to remember the smell.
