Short ribs. First try.

10 hours. Cherry wood. **** seasoning from www.specialshit.com.  Cider/water drip pan.  I’d say we are pretty happy.

    Looks like I was bleeped out. It is the bull*hit seasoning. I love it.  I also use their special*hit seasoning.
