I just found some Boudin balls and links in my freezer. They have been there a little over a year How do I know if they are still ok to eat.

As long as your freezer is working properly they will be safe to eat for years.
Quality will/could go down due to frost free created freezer burn or air in the bags. That's the only real issue.Thank you,DarianGalveston Texas -

Depends on how they were packaged and frozen. But pretty sure they'll be fine.#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -
I have used 6 month old links in foodsaver bags, not great, but edible. When in doubt throw them in some gumbo.
